You Only Have One Body.
You maintain your car. You insure your phone. But your body — the one thing you can't replace — what are you putting into it?
You maintain your car. You service it regularly, put decent fuel in it, fix things when they break. You insure your phone. You update it, protect it, replace it when it stops working properly.
But your body? The one thing you actually can't replace?
Most of us are running it on whatever is cheapest, quickest, or most convenient. Not because we don't care. Because somewhere along the way food became just another thing to get through — a cost to minimise, a chore to manage, a few minutes between everything else that actually matters.
Today's challenge isn't about going organic. It isn't about spending more money. It's just a question.
If you treated your body with the same basic logic you apply to your car — decent inputs, regular maintenance, attention when something's off — what would you actually change?
You don't have to answer out loud. Just sit with it for a minute.
One body. No warranty. No trade-in.
