Ten Days. Ten Challenges. One Question Underneath All Of Them.

The Organic Week Challenge starts Friday.

Over the next ten days we're going to ask you some questions that the organic food world doesn't usually ask out loud. Not about certifications. Not about saving the planet. About you. About why you eat the way you eat.

Some of the challenges are practical. Go to a farmers market — even if you've never been. Do a taste test. Read the label on something you eat every day.

Some are just questions worth sitting with. Why do you choose cheap? You spend money on supplements — but is that actually food? You only have one body. Are you treating it like it matters?

No guilt. No lectures. Just ten prompts designed to make this week a little more honest than usual.

The first challenge drops Friday morning.
